Mahidhara Central is one of the largest and most prestigious projects in Chennai developed by the Mahidhara. The large campus (Gated Community) has Villa, Twin House, Row House & Plots. It is in Kondavakkam Village, Valarpuram Post, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. The campus has spread 120 Acres having several indoor and outdoor facilities.The campus today is fully equipped with all modern facilities, like Shopping Place, Club House, Party Halls, Party Lounge, Parks, Swimming Pool, Broadband service adding to the convenience of the residents in campus.

Mahidhara Central is represented by a strong executive committee (MCOWA) elected by the members. who has contributed to the upkeep of the campus and are supported by various subcommittees

If it is a major achievement as everyone claims, then proper recognition should be given to the rst group of far- sighted individuals who were concerned about the implications of extensive delay in completing the construction and handing over of this House / Plot project.
